Krav Maga / O Krav Maga

Training

TRAINING MODULES

The training of military units considers its function, its equipment and personal practice area, following this order of priority. The same applies to police units corporations. In private security, there are various details to consider, either in home or personal security.

The techniques of Krav Maga consider these factors and provide objective answers and simple implementation for the security industry, even with the difficulties presented. To achieve these goals, we divided the training into modules; each module works specifically the techniques necessary to respond to common situations in everyday life of each unit.

A Training Module consists of a selected set of simulations of real situations, typical of each unit, considering equipment, risk and aggression shown on the routine of the unit by teaching objective techniques of simple implementation: this is the only way to prepare the professional security.

There are 23 basic Krav Maga training modules. It is possible to formulate many others, considering its nature and specificity to meet the demands of elite and regular military units, corporate elite and regular police and private or home security; teaching to face small, medium or high risk situations, including situations of hostages and terrorist threats - with maximum safety and minimum risk. This way, the best security units in the world, as IDF, FBI, CIA, GIGN, and SWAT are prepared.

The Proposal of the Training

Krav Maga proposes 3 specific trainings for security forces:

1. The use of own body in the attack, defense and protection;
2. The use of arms as an instrument of attack (no shot, or use non-lethal);
3. The use of arms as an instrument of protection (without firing).

Hourly Loads:

2. With the stick already extended.

In both situations above, the stick works as a rigid extension of the arm, and thus will be handled in the defenses, attacks and detentions.
